This year, we are excited to have W. Tali Hairston, Equitable Development Principal – Owner to keynote our event.  As a native of Seattle, he will share his personal experiences regarding how communities of color continue to be silenced and how this process continues to perpetuate racism in all its forms. He will speak to how we can work together as a collective to keep each other safe and help communities thrive by building trusting relationships and ensuring racial equity as part of that process.
